Delivery is free for all new orders of €1500 excluding VAT or more, excluding mountain regions and islands.

Delivery Across France and Europe

If you are unable to pick up your goods from our warehouse in Pantin, we offer fast delivery:

• Paris Region Delivery: 24h/48h
• Provincial Delivery: Approximately 10 days
• European Delivery: Approximately 2 weeks

Delivery Conditions

Delivery is made between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM or between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM (times are approximate). Any changes must be made at least 3 days in advance. Full payment is required 48 hours before delivery. Presence is mandatory for unloading, at the curbside.

Please note that parquet is a heavy material (approximately 10kg/m²) as are the accessories. Ensure that access is secure.

For any modifications or cancellations, a 48-hour notice is required. If this deadline is not met, the initial delivery will be due. In case of disputes, please make a clear reservation and contact the seller and carrier within 72 hours.

Paris: €90 excluding VAT (€108 including VAT)

Paris Region: €129 excluding VAT (€154.80 including VAT)
